There may be a service issue in your area, so please check our Service Status before contacting us.

Report

Select the service you’re having a problem with. Report your issue by text or online via My Account. We’ll carry out some further checks to see what’s causing the problem and then explain how to quickly fix it.

  • We’ll check your connection to find out what’s happened
  • If an engineer is required, we’ll text you within 15 minutes to book an appointment
  • If you don’t need an engineer, our helpful UK based support team will call you within 30 minutes to help resolve the issue
  • Our service is available Mon–Sun: 8am to 8pm
  • Outside of these hours please refer to our Help and Support guides. If you’re still experiencing problems send us a text message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re open.
